With us you can get the required documents authenticated properly without having to cancel your busy schedule. We can save you both money and time by making you avoid standing in long queues at an Embassy. We know that legalisation of documents at both the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Consular Legalisation can be a hectic and confusing process, and this is why we are here- to make the process swift and easy for you.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EMBASSY

Before the documents are forwarded for Consular legislation, they will first need to be Apostilled by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. Commercial documents would need to be taken to the Arab British Chamber of Commerce or to LCCI prior to Consular legalisation and after Apostille by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APOSTILLE

After the documents are Apostilled by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, only then can the documents be forwarded for Consular Legislation.

Important Information

  • A completed Application Form is required;
  • Photocopy of all documents to be legalised will need to be provided to the Iraq Embassy for their records

These are guidelines only; requirements and fees of Embassies can change with little or no notice, always check with the end parties where you are sending your document of their requirements.
